SignalHRM. By accessing SignalHRM, you agree to be bound by these terms and
conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, you
should not access or use SignalHRM.

In these terms and conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings
ascribed to them:
"SignalHRM" refers to the Indian HRMS software offered by the company
SignalHRM.
"User" or "you" refers to any person or entity that
accesses or uses SignalHRM.
"Company," "we," "us," or "our" refers
to SignalHRM, the company offering the HRMS software.
"Content" refers to all text, images, videos, software, or other
materials available on SignalHRM.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing or using SignalHRM, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions,
as well as any other policies or guidelines that may be applicable to the use
of SignalHRM. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not
use SignalHRM.
Use of SignalHRM
SignalHRM is provided solely for the purpose of managing human resources. You
may use SignalHRM only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
and conditions. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of SignalHRM
complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
User Account and Security
In order to use SignalHRM, you must create an account with us. You are
responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password,
and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device. You agree to
accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or
password.
Payment Terms
SignalHRM offers various pricing plans to its users. You agree to pay all fees
and charges associated with your use of SignalHRM, including any applicable
taxes. Failure to pay any fees or charges may result in the termination of your
access to SignalHRM.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in SignalHRM and its contents are owned by us
or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable
license to use SignalHRM solely for the purpose of managing your human
resources. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works
from SignalHRM without our express written permission.
Confidentiality
You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information obtained through
the use of SignalHRM. You will not disclose any such information to any third
party without our prior written consent, except as required by law.
Termination
We may terminate your use of SignalHRM at any time and for any reason. You may
also terminate your use of SignalHRM at any time by giving us notice. Upon
termination, you will no longer have access to SignalHRM.
Disclaimer of Warranties
SignalHRM is provided on an "as is" and "as available"
basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or
implied, as to the operation of SignalHRM or the information, content,
materials, or products included on SignalHRM. You expressly agree that your use
of SignalHRM is at your sole risk.
Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or
consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use SignalHRM,
even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute
arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be resolved by
arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Modification of Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without
notice. Your continued use of SignalHRM following any such modification
constitutes your agreement to be bound by the modified terms and conditions.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us
with respect to SignalHRM and supersede all prior or contemporaneous
communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
